Job Description

FINISHING DEPARTMENT

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Finishing Department Production Worker to trim and finish molded rubber and polyurethane products. This position requires heavy hands, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform precise, repetitive work.

Responsibilities

  • Trim gaskets, seals, molded rubber, and polyurethane parts using an Exacto knife and/or trim machine
  • Carefully inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
  • Follow production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions
  • Determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed based on production requirements
  • Maintain accurate and organized work areas
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
  • Meet daily production and quality standards

Requirements

  • Heavy hands / strong hand control required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform precise trimming and finishing work
  • Comfortable using an Exacto knife and/or machinery
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Manufacturing, production, rubber, polyurethane, or assembly experience is a plus
