Role: Finishing Foreman

Client: Main Contractor

Essentials: 3+ years Foreman experience on commercial sites in Ireland; trades background.

Location: Central Dublin

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000

Overseeing: Subcontractors & snagging labourers

• Supervise and coordinate daily finishing activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
• Lead direct labour, operatives and subcontractors, allocating work and monitoring productivity across assigned areas.
• Ensure all finishing works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, method statements and quality standards.
• Carry out quality checks, identify defects or non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment, supporting effective site logistics and delivery of materials.
• Monitor progress against programme, maintain accurate site records and report any issues, delays or resource requirements to the Site Manager.
• Maintain strong communication with Site Management, Engineers and subcontractors while promoting a positive, productive and high-quality working environment.
