Job Location Duffield - Duffield, VA 24244
Responsible for caulking, cleaning, hole patching, flashing, waveguides, louver plates, and floor painting. Responsible for completing finishing tasks in a timely manner with quality work.
Essential Job Functions:
1. One (1) to six (6) months' experience and/or related training. ( carpentry or facility maintenance experience)
2. Ability to carry read and comprehend simple instructions.
3. Knowledge of basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
4. Ability to solve problems in variety of standardized situations.
