Review architectural, interior, and finishing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to understand scope and sequencing of works.
Prepare and monitor detailed finishing work schedules aligned with project milestones.
Coordinate with design consultants, MEP teams, structural team, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of finishing activities.
Supervise execution of all finishing works including:
Implement project quality plans and finishing inspection protocols.
Conduct regular inspections and snagging checks to maintain high-quality standards.
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services with finishing works (e.g., ducts, fixtures, cut-outs) rack daily and weekly progress of finishing activities.
Identify delays and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all finishing works are executed in compliance with site safety standards.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Hospital, Fit-out, and Industrial/Warehouse developments.
