Division Overview | ITW Specialty Films
ITW Specialty Films manufactures and markets specialized coated and metallized films used in Secure ID, Medical Specialty Bags, Financial Cards, Laminations, and Holographic applications. With multiple manufacturing facilities in the US, UK, and Germany, the division leverages core competencies in films, foils, holography, and laminates to meet complex customer needs.
The Finishing Operator I is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and changeover of finishing equipment used to slit, inspect, rewind, reroll, package, and prepare specialty film products to customer specifications. This role directly impacts product quality, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and production efficiency through adherence to established operating procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. The position partners closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials teams to support safe operations, efficient workflow, and consistent delivery of high-quality products

Work Environment / Physical
Manufacturing environment requires routine floor presence around operating equipment. Regular exposure to noise, moving machinery, and material handling. Required use of PPE including safety glasses and safety footwear. Position requires standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Environment may not be climate controlled.
