Job Description

The Finished Goods Administrator aids in the completion of all finished goods office work required to keep accurate information flowing between the plant and Corporate Office. This position will report to the Finished Product Manager.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for answering phone and taking messages as necessary.
• Assists in typing correspondence, faxing and copying.
• Inputs finished goods information into various spreadsheets for visibility by corporate and local management.
• Assists the Finished Product Manager with daily and weekly inventory reporting.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to type; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree.
• Prior office experience; fax, copier, and printer.
• Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
• Highly organized; superior time management skills.
• Excellent math skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend, and kneel.
• Frequently lifts up to 10 lbs.
• Long periods spent sitting at desk in front of computer screen.
• Regularly required reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Job functions will be carried out in an office environment.
