THE WORK

• Crown molding, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, and custom trim
• Cabinetry, built ins, shelving, mantels, and furniture installation
• Door and window trim, baseboards, and stair railings
• Fine wood finishing, joinery, staining, and veneer work
• Residential and light commercial finish projects

WHAT YOU BRING

• Demonstrated experience completing finish carpentry projects, including [list the specific project types].
• Ability to safely operate the tools required for the assigned work, including miter saws, routers, chisels, planers, finish nailers, and precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of installing hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, and other specified wood products.
• Ability to complete work in accordance with applicable building codes, manufacturer instructions, and accepted installation practices.
• Reliable attendance, professional communication, clean work habits, and respectful treatment of customers’ homes.
• Personal tools required for the work and a reliable truck or van suitable for transporting them.
• Valid driver’s license and smartphone for scheduling and work-related communication.
• Required commercial insurance coverage, with proof of coverage.
• Montana Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate, or willingness to obtain one before beginning work.
• Successful completion of a background check and verification of the credentials required for the role.
