About the Role:Join our team at Mueller Lumber Company as a Finish Carpenter, where craftsmanship meets innovation! In this role, you will bring your expertise to create stunning finishes that enhance the beauty and functionality of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials for finishing projects.
• Install cabinets, trim, and moldings with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform repairs and touch-ups on finished surfaces as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
