What We’re Looking For in a Finish Carpenter:

• Skilled in Precision Carpentry & Custom Woodworking – Experience in crown molding, wainscoting, cabinetry, built-ins, coffered ceilings, and fine wood finishing.
• Proficiency in Residential & Light Commercial Finish Work – Including door and window trim, baseboards, stair railings, mantels, shelving, and furniture installation.
• Mastery of Carpentry Tools – Ability to work with miter saws, routers, chisels, planers, finish nailers, clamps, and precision measuring tools.
• Expert in Wood Joinery & Finishing Techniques – Including dovetailing, pocket joinery, wood veneer application, staining, and seamless caulking.
• Attention to Detail & High Standards – Ability to deliver flawless, clean, and elegant finishes with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of Wood Species & Finishing Materials – Experience working with hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, and specialty woods for the right look and durability.
• Reliable & Professional – Show up on time, clean up after yourself, and treat customers’ homes with care and respect.
• Your Own Work Vehicle – A truck or van suitable for transporting materials and tools.
• Your Own Tools – You’ll need to finish carpentry tools, including fine saws, precision routers, clamps, nailers, and levels.
