The Fingerprinting Specialist helps caregivers complete the fingerprinting step of the qualification process so they can move forward toward caring for older adults. This role combines friendly customer service with accurate information handling and attention to required procedures.
The ideal team member is patient, dependable, and comfortable helping people through an unfamiliar process. They bring a calm, positive approach to challenging interactions and can help applicants feel heard while keeping the process moving.
Paid training is provided to become a certified fingerprinting agent with our vendor partner.
We care about doing things well. State regulatory requirements mean accuracy and high standards are part of the job, but that doesn’t mean our management style is rigid.
We’re caring, approachable, and flexible within those requirements. We’ll provide paid training, clear expectations, and room to take ownership of your work—not micromanage your day. Our job is to help clear major roadblocks, provide support when you need it, and give you the autonomy to succeed.
Along with paid training and a supportive, encouraging team, we offer benefits that help you take care of yourself and give you more flexibility.
