Join our Carver's Fine Dining team as a Server and become a key contributor to creating unforgettable dining experiences. You will be responsible for providing personalized service, coordinating the delivery of high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining the elegant ambiance of our restaurant. This role requires a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Coordinate and serve food and beverages with precision and elegance.
Provide personalized and attentive service, anticipating guests' needs.
Ensure compliance with alcohol safety standards, including verifying legal drinking age.
Maintain a clean and organized service station and dining area.
Take reservations and answer incoming calls with professionalism.
Process financial transactions and guest payments accurately.
Promote a sophisticated and welcoming dining environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
2 years of serving experience, preferably in a fine dining setting.
Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
