Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung der Buchhaltungsvorgängen im Bereich Kreditoren, Debitoren und Sachkonten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Personalverrechnung (Payroll)
  • Abwicklung des Mahnwesens / Forderungsmanagements
  • Kontenpflege/ -abstimmungen und Prüfungen
  • Vorbereitung des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Provisions- und Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
  • Ad-hoc-Arbeiten und Unterstützung für die Finanzleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in von Vorteil
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Bilanzierungskenntnisse nach HGB und vorzugsweise IFRS
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für MS-Office-Anwendungen (Powerpoint, Excel). Erfahrung mit anderen Tools (z. B. ERP)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
  • Prozess- und projektorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein (min. Kat. B)
