The Financial Transactions Support Specialist position is responsible for providing specialist expertise in financial transactional processes, with a focus on SAP ledger operations, service delivery performance, and continuous improvement. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting, and contributes to optimising service delivery through analysis, process improvement and stakeholder support.
You will lead end‑to‑end SAP financial processing, ensuring accurate month‑end and year‑end closures while driving compliance and continuous improvement across financial controls. You’ll provide expert guidance on complex transactional and system enquiries via our Help Desk, analyse service data to identify trends and enhance performance, and deliver clear operational reporting that supports informed decision making. With a focus on efficiency, risk reduction and customer‑centred service, you’ll champion process improvements, build team capability through training and support, and contribute to a safe, inclusive and values‑driven workplace.
