We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance Jabil's global financial reporting applications, including IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PRISM), AI-enabled solutions, and related enterprise reporting tools. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, maintain data integrity, support reporting processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a passion for technology, process optimization, and delivering excellent customer support in a global environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Provide support, maintenance and the continuing development of the Jabil applications as well as guidance and assistance to the user base of this toolset. Such applications may include, but are not limited to, applications like TM1/PRISM to monitor and report on Finance performance metrics; and business process aspects of SAP FI/CO module or other reporting tools.
Test and support the enhancements of our TM1/PRISM tool as well as our AI Agent as needed.
Maintain and enhance as needed the data architecture used by Jabil systems to ensure proper data integrity. This includes maintaining business rules in alignment with organizational needs and applicable regulations or internal controls.
Execute and/or support the extract of data from ERP systems worldwide as applicable to the organizational needs.
Assist with the weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reporting within systems.
Maintain and enhance production reporting for Jabil applications.
Help design processes to ensure data integrity throughout the systems, including automated data validation and integrity checks.
Maintain and enhance user and administrator level documentation related to Jabil applications.
Maintain and coordinate user access rights.
Able to work flexible hours during critical project implementations or enhancement projects and travel on occasion to support the development of additional system capabilities as needed.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/PRISM)
Experience supporting Finance organizations
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO
Experience with AI-enabled business applications
Experience in manufacturing or global enterprise environments
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
Experience with SAP FI/CO preferred.
Experience with SQL would be a plus.
Experience working with enterprise reporting systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
Continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging technologies including AI.
