Current Opening: Financial Systems Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India


What You Will Do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our financial systems environment, primarily Oracle NetSuite (including SuiteBilling). This role ensures system integrity, manages integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Azure CRM) and our UCMS case management system, and supports subscription and usage-based billing in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Financial Systems Administration (NetSuite & SuiteBilling)

  • Administer and optimize NetSuite modules (GL, AR, Revenue Management, SuiteBilling).
  • Configure subscription billing models (fixed, usage-based, tiered, recurring), billing schedules, and lifecycle events (amendments, renewals, cancellations).
  • Maintain system configurations (workflows, roles, dashboards, permissions).
  • Support close processes with reconciliations and reporting automation.
  • Ensure billing accuracy, revenue recognition compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on system discovery and improvements.


Systems Integration & Data Management

  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite, UCMS, and Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure accurate, bidirectional data flows (customers, contracts, subscriptions, invoices, payments).
  • Manage APIs, middleware, data mappings, and automated workflows with IT.
  • Lead data migration, validation, reconciliation, and integration improvements.


Billing & Revenue Operations

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to optimize quote-to-cash.
  • Support complex billing scenarios and revenue reallocation.
  • Monitor deferred revenue and forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist with audit and compliance reporting.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain financial and billing reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Report on subscription metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, renewals).
  • Support advanced analytics using ERP and CRM data.


Process Improvement & Projects

  • Identify and implement system-driven process improvements.
  • Support NetSuite, SuiteBilling, and integration projects.
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and integrations.
  • Train and support end users.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years supporting NetSuite ERP; SuiteBilling experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of subscription billing and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
  • Experience integrating ERP with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM.
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reconciliation skills.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, billing, quote-to-cash, and data integration.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Administrator certification/experience.
  • Experience with custom systems (e.g., UCMS).
  • Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft data tools.
  • Experience in SaaS or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and audit processes.
