Job Description

Job Title: Financial Systems Administrator

Reports To: Finance Director

Location: Wall Township, NJ - Corporate Office

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: $90K-$95K, based on experience

Financial Systems Administrator will focus on the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP suite of modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Interco. A successful candidate is both a team player and leader who proves to be reliable, proactive, and customer-focused. They should have an in-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion, as well as experience in system implementations/project management. This role also requires strong collaboration skills to focus on a diverse palette of functional (with some technical) work in a continuously evolving environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensures ERP applications operate accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with defined business rules.

• Manages system access rights, maintains user roles and delegation profiles in collaboration across both corporate and regional Finance teams

• Puts a focus on documentation for configuration/process memorialization for future reference as well as to gain consensus amongst key stakeholders

• Provides support for ERP‐related issues, including user access, functionality, and data integrity.

• Proactively develops reports, analyzes system data, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement

• Maintains scheduled reports, workflow notifications, system jobs, dashboards, and module‐specific configurations.

• Troubleshoots employee interface errors and resolves functional/scheduling issues.

• Documents problem resolutions and communicates effectively with end‐users and stakeholders.

• Performs system configuration, reconfiguration, enhancements, upgrades, and quarterly Oracle Cloud update activities.

• Defines test plans, creates scripts, and leads user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and patches.

• Conducts periodic user security and access audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory

• Monitors data integrity within ERP modules and proactively resolves discrepancies or potential issues.

• Participates in integration planning to provide functional support to the process/configuration at hand.

• Serve as backup to support Oracle Cloud Fusion EPM Applications (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS)

• Other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience

• Degree or certifications in systems administration a plus, specifically FCCS, ARCS and/or EPBCS preferred

• 3+ years of combined Accounting/Finance and Financial Systems experience with experience administering the Oracle Cloud EPM bundle of applications: EPBCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Smart View and Financial Reporting Web Studio (FRS). Candidates with equivalent Hyperion experience will also be considered.

• Previous project management experience in complex IT projects a plus
