At CHANEL, Finance is a strategic partner to the business. As Financial System Analyst, you play a critical role in enabling this partnership by ensuring our financial systems—particularly CRAFT and its integrated ecosystem—deliver accuracy, scalability, and insight across the APAC region.
You act as a bridge between Finance stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business and functional requirements into robust system solutions. Through close collaboration with markets, global teams, and external partners, you support both day‑to‑day system operations and strategic enhancements, ensuring financial systems continue to evolve in line with CHANEL’s business ambitions.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong financial acumen with systems thinking, and who is energized by solving complex problems through technology, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
In this role, your work directly shapes how Finance operates and makes decisions. You will:
Enable data‑driven financial planning, analysis, and decision‑making by ensuring CRAFT and connected systems (D365, COUPA, CONCUR, Workday) are reliable, scalable, and well‑designed
Translate Finance strategy and operational needs into effective system functionality, improving efficiency, transparency, and user experience
Drive process simplification, automation, and standardization across markets while balancing global consistency and local requirements
Support high‑quality system delivery by ensuring strong requirements definition, testing discipline, and post‑implementation stability
Contribute to successful change adoption through clear documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement
Through your impact, Finance teams across APAC are empowered to focus less on systems constraints and more on value creation for the business.
You thrive in environments where business and technology intersect. You are motivated by:
