About the Role

As a Financial Support Officer, you'll manage your own portfolio of customers, working proactively to understand their circumstances and deliver solutions that help them meet their financial commitments. Your Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to support customers seeking financial hardship assistance, working towards mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the business.
• Build positive relationships with customers through empathetic and professional conversations.
• Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements tailored to individual circumstances.
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently, striving for first-call resolution wherever possible.
• Ensure all activities comply with NCCP guidelines and internal policies.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Nissan Financial Services to achieve the best customer outcomes.
• Contribute ideas that improve customer experience, team performance and business processes.

About You
