Execute comprehensive budget control tasks and promote the full implementation of budget management.
Lead forecast reviews and timely budget adjustments.
Ensure financial accounting is conducted legally and compliantly according to national regulations and company policies. Develop corresponding rules, implementation details, and conduct risk control within foreseeable ranges.
Manage the business unit's operational performance. Provide timely risk warnings and report anomalies to superiors, propose rationalization suggestions, and drive improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years of work experience in finance roles.
Proficiency in English as working languages, Chinese is a plus.
Advanced MS Excel skills (spreadsheet creation and financial functions).
Demonstrated outstanding work experience in one or more of the following areas, such as cash flow & accounts receivable, asset & investment management, budget system development, expense control.
Experience in automotive companies is preferred.
Ability to withstand strong work pressure, with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, skilled in analyzing large datasets.
