We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Systems Consultant (BSC)—depending on your experience—to join our Financial Solutions team. In this role, you’ll keep our systems running smoothly, lead process improvements, and help coach and mentor newer BSAs. If you’re the kind of person who speaks up, drives results, and enjoys guiding others, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
    • Business Systems Analyst III: $68,000- $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Business Systems Consultant I: $75,500- $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. See our benefits and perks page for details.
  • Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team for implementation.
  • Lead and perform system testing, including test planning, execution, and validation to make sure business and technical requirements are met.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to quickly resolve problems and keep the business running smoothly.
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate system documentation to support business partners and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Solid business analysis skills with 5 + years of proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system or process changes.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to speak up, influence decisions, and build relationships across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment—skilled at prioritizing, problem-solving, and driving results.
  • Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, event driven architecture and understanding complex system integrations.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
  • Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5–10% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed).

PREFERRED:

  • Insurance industry knowledge (life, health, annuities, or pensions).
  • Working knowledge of qTest, Postman, MuleSoft, and SQL.
