The Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) is a dynamic and growing department designed to support our company’s financial operations across multiple regions. Currently serving several European branches, the department is expanding its scope to cover additional regions and enhance its range of service offerings. We are looking for a Finance Shared Services Specialist to join our expanding Finance Shared Services Center. This role involves managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Intercompany Non-Trade Transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively with people across various teams and regions.
Responsibilities of the role

Accounts Payable (AP):
· Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
· Verify invoice details, and maintain accurate records.
· Provide month-end closing accrual information to teams.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
· Prepare and issue customer credit memo and process customer payment.
· Monitor outstanding payments, follow up on dispute account receivables.
· Prepare and review AR reports, providing actionable updates to teams.
Intercompany Non-Trade Transactions:
· Process and reconcile intercompany charges, allocations, and balances.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intercompany discrepancies.
· Ensure compliance with intercompany agreements and policies.
General Responsibilities:
· Assist in improving and standardizing financial processes across regions.
· Maintain a high level of organization and ensure documentation is audit-ready at all times.
· Act as the primary contact for escalated financial issues and communicating solutions effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their work.
