Financial Services Representative with Chinese

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for financial markets, sales, and exceptional communication skills in both Chinese and English? Our client is actively seeking career-minded professionals for a full-time Financial Services Representative position in their Sofia-based office. This is your chance to build a rewarding career in the fast-paced and exciting financial services industry.

As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales for the company's Retail and Institutional products and services. By building and maintaining relationships with clients, you'll develop new opportunities within the existing client base. Your persuasive communication skills will help you promote the company, its trading platform, and the FX market to prospective clients, while providing support for self-trading FX clients worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Drive sales for the company's Retail and Institutional products and services

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Develop new opportunities within the existing client base

Utilize an intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of the company, our trading platform, and the FX market to prospective clients.

Discuss financial markets and the major factors that move them.

Provide support for self-trading FX clients from all over the world.

Requirements:

Strong writing skills and persuasive, clear communication in both Chinese and English

Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities

Demonstrable interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs, and geopolitical events

Basic math skills

Sales experience is a plus

Official language during the training - business Chinese

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Hybrid: 3 days from the office.
