Job Description

This role is more than opening accounts or processing loans; it's your opportunity to help fulfill our vision of Empowering Generations, Transforming Communities. You'll deliver Remarkable Member Service, build meaningful relationships, and become a trusted financial partner who can identify needs and confidently guide members toward smarter financial decisions.

As a Financial Services Officer, you'll create lifelong relationships with members and potential members, helping them navigate consumer lending, everyday banking, and the full range of FCCU solutions. You'll originate consumer loans, respond to spoken and unspoken member needs, and continually strengthen their financial path through proactive recommendations and expert guidance.

You'll drive success through service - delivering an exceptional experience, hitting sales and referral goals, and growing your book of business by building relationships both inside and outside the financial center. Your productivity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt will directly support your growth and the center's success. You'll expand your financial knowledge, your sales confidence, and your ability to serve members at a higher level.

You'll support loan servicing functions, balance transactions, promote self‑service tools, and help members navigate every part of their financial journey with confidence and clarity. Through it all, you'll uphold our vision, mission, values, and service standards - showing up with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine desire to help.
