Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzeaudit workflows toidentifyand prioritize opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and process improvement.

  • Lead collaboration efforts with auditors, risk assurance professionals, and business stakeholders to translate audit requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions.

  • Design, develop, test, andvalidateAI/ML models, leveraging classical machine learning, NLP, and generative AI techniques to address audit challenges.

  • Architect and build AI-enabled tools, including intelligent assistants, workflow automations, and knowledge retrieval systems that enhance audit execution.

  • Drive prototyping, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of AI solutions from concept through production, ensuring scalability, robustness, and compliance.

  • Develop andmaintaindata preparation processes, integration workflows, and scalable data pipelines across audit, finance, risk, and enterprise systems.

  • Work independently with diverse data types—including structured financial data, unstructured documents such as audit workpapers and policies—to create reliable data products for AI use cases.

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, training materials, and lead knowledge transfer sessions tofacilitateadoption of AI and automation tools by audit teams.

  • Stay current with emerging AI, automation, cloud, and audit technology trends; evaluate their applicability and drive continuous innovation within the audit transformation program.

  • Ensure all AI solutionscomply withfirm policies, regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and responsible AI principles.

  • Mentor junior team members,providetechnical guidance, and contribute to building a collaborative and motivated team culture.

Whatwe’relooking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,Information Systems,Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, data analytics, generative AI, or automation solutions, preferably in financial services, risk assurance, audit, or compliance contexts.

  • Proficiencyin programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar, with experience in production-level software development and data engineering.

  • Solid understanding of audit processes, internal controls, risk assessment, financial reporting, or regulatory compliance isadvantageousbut not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), workflow automation tools (Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere), generative AI platforms, and data visualization tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and APIs integrating multiple data sources.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.

  • Self-motivated, curious, eager to learn, and interested in how AI and automation can transform audit and assurance processes.

  • Adaptable and open to feedback, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes.
