What You Will Do
- Advise clients on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
- Collaborate with finance groups, including securitization, renewable energy project finance, and real estate finance teams.
- Develop and execute legal strategies for high-stakes business transactions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in negotiations and drafting of complex legal documents.
- Contribute to the growth of the firm's financial services practice.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–8 years of transactional experience in financial services or related fields.
- Proven knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
- Excellent academic performance from a reputable law school.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large financial institutions.
- Familiarity with multiple finance groups, such as public bond or renewable energy project finance.
- Barred in North or South Carolina.
Compensation and Benefits
