
St. Mary’s College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary’s City is accepting résumés for the position of Financial Service Administrator. Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Business/Controller, the Financial Service Administrator oversees the business affairs and budget functions of the College. The incumbent collects and maintains financial data to advise and support business objectives; assists with preparation of financial reports and metrics for analysis. The Financial Service Administrator updates and maintains financial dashboards for management insight; ensures all financial reporting, operations, and transactions maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory financial policies, standards, and controls; performs clerical and bookkeeping work, applying accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, and preparing financial and statistical reports. This is a responsible position that works with minimal supervision. Required skills include ability to self-direct, perform quantitative analyses, data query, analysis, and manipulation, and excel at verbal and written communication. The salary range is $55,000 - $62,000 with a contract end date of March 31, 2028
