Mission Overview:

The Financial Security Data Product Lead role is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver expertise and drive transformation projects for our client in the banking sector.

Mission Context:

Financial Security is the discipline that safeguards the bank, its clients, and the financial system against criminal misuse. It ensures regulatory obligations are met to detect, prevent, and report financial crime. This includes processes, controls, data, and expertise needed to identify customers, monitor activity, and address threats such as money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations, and tax evasion.
Shape the future of Financial Security data by defining, building, and driving the strategic Financial Security Data Product. This role sits at the intersection of Financial Security, Data, Technology, and Business, with the ambition to create a trusted 360° data view supporting KYC, AML, Sanctions, and Embargo processes. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to influence the data landscape, enabling better decision-making, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance for the Financial Security Data Product.
• Align with regulatory, business, and technological priorities to ensure long-term scalability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Security, Data, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Collect, challenge, prioritize, and consolidate business use cases into a common product backlog.
• Define functional requirements with business experts and data specialists.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the data product in partnership with Tribe Data Services and implementation teams, using the Agile Framework.
• Coordinate governance, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the product is reusable, scalable, and supports multiple business domains.
• Design and implement a comprehensive data quality monitoring framework (completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, reliability), always with the idea of “Data Quality by Design”.
• Define data quality KPIs, dashboards, controls, and reporting to proactively identify issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by coordinating issue resolution with business and tech teams.
• Promote adoption of the data product across the organization.
• Identify new opportunities to create value through data-driven Financial Security capabilities.

Project Follow-up & Support:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and product planning.
• Monitor roadmap execution and delivery milestones.
• Report progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered capabilities meet business expectations.
• Drive continuous enhancement based on feedback and new regulatory or business requirements.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Professional working proficiency (preferred).
• French: Professional working proficiency (preferred).
• English: Fluent (mandatory).

Education:

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

Certification:

Agile Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Data Management or Project Management certifications are considered an asset.

Travel:

Limited travel within Belgium.

Telework:

Hybrid working model: approximately 50% on-site and 50% remote.
