
As a life and health insurance financial security advisor, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. Your focus areas include individual insurance, group insurance and retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance and life and health insurance claims settlement. You help promote and sell financial security products and services. The ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly understand clients' expressed needs is therefore essential. You help analyze member/client needs and develop personalized solutions. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You support current and potential members and clients. The ability to tailor your approach as needed is therefore essential. You represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients. What you bring to the table
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Representative’s certificate in damage insurance (AMF)
Knowledge of French is required
Available for travel to the Caisse Desjardins de Rivière-du-Loup service centers
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Available to work Monday to Friday, including two evening per week
