About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Financial Sales Specialist to join our team. In this position, you’ll leverage consultative sales techniques to drive new business and exceed monthly targets. With every interaction, you’ll have the chance to make an impact and establish long-lasting client relationships. Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Revenue Growth Drive revenue with a consultative approach and smart sales strategies.
  • Client Development Forge and nurture strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their unique needs.
  • Sales Targets Regularly meet and aim to exceed sales goals, contributing to the team’s overall success.
  • Customer Service Excellence Provide top-notch customer service to build loyalty and maintain satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches and client advice.

What We’re Looking For in You:

  • Experience 1-2 years in sales, ideally within financial services or a related field.
  • Languages Fluent in both Polish and English.
  • Sales Performance Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge Knowledge of CFD trading and cryptocurrency trading techniques is a plus.
  • Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability Thrives in a fast-paced setting and excels under deadlines.
  • Teamwork & Independence Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm; Work from office: 3 days/week
