Responsibilities

• Review costing and supporting document
• Ensure finance practice is followed
• Ensure regulatory, legislative, supervisory and contractual compliance from financial perspective
• Prepare summarized report with approval on Finance Review Result. (Refer to Approval Framework)
• Conduct ATS meeting to finalize Bid Review Process

qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPD required, CPA preferred
• At least 5 years experience in accounting/finance role. Extensive knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, accounting principles and practices, taxation,
• Strong knowledge in accounting standard, taxation, regulations
• Having internal control mindset
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Good personality, interpersonal and leadership skills and positive thinking
