MAN Financial Services is expanding its presence across the East Adriatic Region, including Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. To support the further development of our business in Serbia, we are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Financial Representative to join our team in Serbia.

The role combines customer relationship management, sales of financing solutions, financial analysis, credit assessment, contract management and portfolio follow-up, working closely with the commercial organization to provide customers with integrated solutions.

Your Mission

As a Financial Representative, you will support customers throughout the financing process — from the first commercial discussion and assessment of customer needs to financial analysis, preparation of financing proposals, contracting and ongoing portfolio management.

You will work closely with customers and the vehicle sales organization to develop competitive and sustainable financing solutions, while ensuring sound credit decisions, high-quality customer service and full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and prepare tailored financing proposals.
• Manage customer meetings, negotiations and the financing process.
• Analyse customer creditworthiness, financial position and business risks.
• Prepare financing applications, contracts and supporting documentation.
• Monitor financing agreements, portfolio quality and outstanding receivables.
• Cooperate closely with vehicle sales and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and provide relevant customer and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with AML, sanctions, data-protection and internal company requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of sales and financing processes.
• Perform other customer- and financing-related tasks as required.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, credit, leasing, banking, financial administration or a similar role within the financial sector.
• Good understanding of financial statements and basic principles of credit and financial analysis.
• Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset.
• Ability to combine sales opportunities with appropriate risk awareness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to organize work independently and manage multiple customer cases and priorities.
• Good computer skills and confidence working with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
• Category B driving licence.
