Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Financial Reporting Team leader to help deliver accurate and insightful financial reports for top companies in the Netherlands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
  
• Compiling annual reports
  
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
  
• Preparing financial analyses and consolidated financial reports
  
• Control of complete client administration and documentation
  
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
  
• Ensure team members adhere to deadlines and maintain high-quality standards in financial reporting

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial reporting standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Provide training and guidance to new hires on financial reporting processes, systems, and tools
• Ability to creatively and pragmatically solve business problems
