Job Description

The Financial Reporting Supervisor is in charge of supervising, coaching, and monitoring the financial reporting staff. Responsible for ensuring that all transactions are timely, accurately, and properly recorded for purposes of maintaining the books of accounts of the retail segment entities.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Solid experience in financial reporting, general accounting, and audit coordination,
• preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports.
• Leading month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Managing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Implementing and monitoring internal controls.
• Experience in using ERP systems (Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills are essential

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS and internal control frameworks
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, or equivalent).
• Analytical, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
