Join our team as a Financial Reporting Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring the Bank's financial reporting and internal controls are top-notch.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure compliance with all SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks) with GAAP and regulations.

• Assist in crafting quarterly earnings releases and complex accounting areas (income tax, stock compensation, etc.).

• Compile monthly financial reports for clear management review and analysis.

• Assist with developing assumptions, participating in the process, and compiling reports for the Asset & Liability Committee.

• Maintain and enhance the Bank's FDICIA/SOX internal control program.

• Provide insightful ad-hoc reports and analysis to meet management needs.

• Perform and maintain ongoing peer group performance analysis.

• Support internal/external audits and regulatory examinations as needed.

• Guide and mentor accounting/finance team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.

• Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities in accounting and reporting.

• Assist in researching and implementing new accounting software solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in public accounting or banking (fast-paced environment).

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (required), CPA preferred.

• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, GAAP, and bank accounting.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
