Who we are looking for

A professional with strong experience in Fund Accounting or Financial Reporting operations servicing multiple clients. As a Regulatory Reporting SME you will have exposure to many client relationship management aspects with an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast moving financial services environment.

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory submission, preparing, validating, and submitting regulatory reports to EU regulators, while supporting regulatory change initiatives and maintaining strong governance over reporting processes.

Note -The role requires a minimum 3 days/ week working from office

Financial and Regulatory Reporting department is responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly, half year end and year-end financial statements for investment funds

Your new role

What you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports to relevant EU authorities.

  • Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc regulatory reports in line with EU regulations. Perform data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate data issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions

  • Support regulatory reviews, audits, and supervisory requests

  • Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure on‑time, error‑free submissions.

  • Develop and build up a strong relationship with internal and external clients.

  • Enhancing Client Experience by improving technology, increasing competitive advantage by continuous improvement and product development.

  • Ensure sufficiently trained staff is available to service the client/s and deliver quality service.

  • Assume responsibility for the implementation of client specific projects (new business development review, planning & roll out) and client onboardings.

  • Evaluate current methods and strategies. Communicate and manage implementation of changes and improvements.

  • Drive transformation & productivity initiative to deliver on set budget targets.

  • Continually review the Operating Environment & implement improvements where necessary.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Professional accounting qualification and/or Master’s degree

  • 3-7 years of experience in Regulatory and Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting

  • Solid understanding of EU financial regulations

  • Fluent English.

  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or data querying experience is a plus

Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office

Minimum Salary:

zł132,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
