We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance professional to join our team in a key role that bridges operational finance with data visualization and reporting. This position plays a critical part in supporting Controllers and finance stakeholders by consolidating financial data, extracting and structuring information from systems, and delivering clear, impactful reports to enable decision-making.

Functional Contribution:
• Execute recurrent financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources into understandable formats for Controllers and their users.
• Provide analytical support and reporting services to the Controllers and internal stakeholers.
• Design and propose visually engaging dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate across departments to understand information needs and continuously improve reporting processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level) – including pivot tables, formulas, macros.
• Power BI experience – capable of building and maintaining dashboards and proposing new visual formats.
• Understanding of ERP systems and financial data structures.
• Advanced English – able to communicate fluently and write clear reports in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, storytelling skills.
