We’re looking for an experienced Financial Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role plays a key part in preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial reports across multiple international companies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across multiple entities.
● Develop and oversee audited financial statements for tax, VAT, and loans — including interest calculations.
● Manage and validate partner payment reports with a focus on precision and transparency.
● Produce detailed audit and reconciliation reports, including complex matching activities.
● Reconcile petty cash and card transactions (Visa/Mastercard) with corresponding bank movements.
● Monitor and align group balances, ensuring consistency across all business units.
● Conduct comprehensive reconciliations across P&L, cash flow, and partner accounts.
● Collaborate with auditors and finance teams to ensure compliance with international standards.
● Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
Requirements:
● 7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or reconciliation.
● Proven experience with international companies or clients.
● Strong knowledge of P&L, VAT, tax, and cash flow management.
● Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
● Strong English communication and reporting skills.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
