Strattec is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to join our corporate finance team. This role is a key contributor to both external and internal financial reporting functions, supporting the integrity and accuracy of Strattec's public financial disclosures and internal management reporting processes.
This is a high-visibility role with meaningful growth potential for the right candidate. The Financial Reporting Manager will work closely with the Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and other members of senior management on a regular basis, gaining broad exposure to the strategic and operational priorities of the business.
The Financial Reporting Manager will take a hands-on role in the preparation of SEC filings, earnings release materials, and the monthly financial consolidation process. This individual will also support business review meeting preparation and play an active role in month-end close. The successful candidate will be a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and communicates effectively across finance and business functions.
This position reports directly to the Corporate Controller.
