HIRING POSITION FINANCIAL REPORTING AND TAX MANAGER

WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK

Our client operates in the pharmaceutical industry, covering the stages of production, sales, marketing, and distribution. Their main focus is on promoting access to high-quality pharmaceutical products and supplies. They offer a wide range of products, including domestically produced and imported medicines and medical supplies, as well as dietary supplements and cosmeceuticals.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for month-end closing, monitor and analyze accounting data to produce the accuracy& reliable monthly financial report
• Review monthly tax filings (WHT, VAT), Prepare the Corporate tax income calculation of all entitles
• Review the intercompany transactions and transfer pricing
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial report
• Management of external financial statement audits, tax audits and internal audits
• Being a point of contact for auditors and partners with other departments
• Supervise and educate Accounting staff regarding Thai Tax Standard and Regulation for daily operation, and IFRS or other taxes related to Business
• To set up and review Accounting procedure & policy
• Coordinate with the Revenue Department and BOI for tax auditing, ensure compliance with BOI requirement.
• Drive improvements in accounting and tax processes, initiate corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting & Tax
• Knowledge of BOI privileges, Transfer Pricing, VAT, Withholding Tax, CIT and TFRS
• Experience in SAP and consolidated financial statement
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
