Job Description

HRSI is looking for Financial Regulatory Reporting Officer / Analyst for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports/returns to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) within prescribed timelines.
• 
  Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all financial and regulatory submissions.
• 
  Reconcile regulatory reports with financial statements and internal systems.
• 
  Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation within reporting processes.
• 
  Coordinate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and IT teams to gather required data for reporting purposes.
• 
  Assist in the preparation of Basel-related reports (e.g., capital adequacy, liquidity coverage ratio, leverage ratio).
• 
  Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all regulatory submissions.
• 
  Support internal and external audits by providing required data and explanations.
• 
  Identify process gaps and recommend automation/improvements in reporting processes.
• 
  Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and governance standards.

Education & Qualifications

• 
  Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 
  Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA (part-qualified), CFA, or FRM will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 
  Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial/regulatory reporting within a bank or financial institution.
• 
  Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting regulatory returns to central banks or regulatory authorities.
• 
  Familiarity with financial statements and reporting frameworks.
