【職務簡介】

本職位為公司財務數位轉型與 Integrated Solutions 的核心推手，結合深厚的財務分析敏感度與專案管理能力。

您將作為財務團隊與各跨部門單位之間的戰略溝通橋樑，將複雜的財務與營運需求，轉化為具體、可落地且可持續的數位解決方案。

【工作內容】

一、財務規劃與分析、數據品質及報表治理（FP&A, Data & Reporting Governance）

1. 主導財務規劃、預算、預測、管理報表及數據治理相關專案，提升財務資訊透明度及管理決策效率。
2. 推動財務規劃、預算編製、Forecast、差異分析（Variance Analysis）及營運績效分析之自動化與模型優化。
3. 推動財務數據品質管理，提升資料的準確性、完整性、一致性及即時性。
4. 與 FP&A、Accounting、Costing 及跨部門單位合作，規劃並優化管理報表，建立 Power BI 動態分析工具，提供管理階層即時且具決策價值的資訊。
5. 建立數據品質監控、審計合規（SOX）及異常追蹤機制，分析問題根因並推動改善方案。

二、財務專案規劃、預算與執行（Project Planning & Delivery）

1. 負責財務專案完整生命週期管理，涵蓋需求提案、商業效益評估、藍圖規劃、執行、驗收至導入結案。
2. 建立專案藍圖並擬定執行計畫，掌握專案資源需求、執行進度、工作項目、差異分析並交付成果。
3. 協調 Finance及其他相關單位之資源分配，並提出跨部門改善及應對方案。
4. 專案上線後進行成本效益複盤，精準量化軟性及硬性成本節省、工時減少與專案優化成效。

三、財務流程優化與自動化（Finance Process Transformation & Automation）

1. 主導 FP&A、報表、會計及財務營運等端到端（End-to-End）流程改善專案，消除低效手工作業；評估並導入AI報表推動財務流程轉型
2. 使用AI工具推動財務流程標準化、精簡化及自動化，重新設計SOP，並提升財務流程效率、品質及可拓展性，找出流程瓶頸並制定改善計畫
3. 學習並導入 Power Automate / Power Apps、Power BI 及 Excel VBA/巨集 等自動化工具，重新設計財務 SOP、工作流程、報表產出等。
