Perion is looking for a Financial Project Manager to join our MIS team and support our financial and operational business processes, optimizing them using multiple information systems.

The Financial Project Manager role reports directly to the VP of MIS and offers a unique opportunity to join a professional, highly motivated MIS team striving for excellence.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This lets us get things done when and where we are most productive.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Initiate, analyze business requirements, and lead projects within the NetSuite, PBCS, Workato, and other Financial applications.
• Maintain existing Financial solutions and implement improvements.
• Develop and customize processes throughout workflows, scripts, advanced PDF templates, and SuiteScript, leveraging AI-driven tools and automation where applicable to enhance efficiency, insights, and system optimization, while ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Provide end-user training and Global Support.
• Be responsible for data integrity and metadata maintenance.
• Perform all the above in a SOX-compliant environment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• At least 4 years of experience as a system analyst/ project manager of ERP solutions (Financial modules).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP.
• Excellent project management skills, positive attitude, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage multiple projects and tasks end-to-end.
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., automation, data analysis, forecasting) to improve financial processes and systems.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent team player with the highest level of integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
