The Controller will plan and direct the accounting operations at the assigned facilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Leads the facilities’ closing process and ensures financial reporting meets corporate deadlines andcomplies withcorporate policies
Produces periodic financial reports; ensures the reported resultscomply withgenerally acceptedaccounting principles and international financial reporting standards
Performs analyses and prepares accounting journal entries related tonumerousareas (prepaids, accruals, payroll, inventory, etc.)
Performs monthly account reconciliations
Produces budgets and forecasts; follows up on deviations
Lead the development of quarterly forecasts for assigned locations
Analyze actual results vs.forecastsand prepare variance analyses.
Identifyfinancial trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for action.
Partner with operations to analyze various production metrics
Prepare and presentad hoccostanalyses and reports
Reconcile inventory balances across ERP system and physical counts.
Analyze and report inventory reserves (slow-moving, obsolete).
Provide cost data for make‑vs‑buy decisions, pricing updates, and profitability analysis
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelorsdegree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
Five years or more of related experiencerequired
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to learnnew technologies
Experience of (Infor) Visual ERP is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficientin accounting and tax preparation software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Requirements:
Prolongedperiodssitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at times.
Able to travel as needed.
