Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrate advanced expertise in financial product strategy, including defining customer-backed product direction and validating through controlled tests.
Apply advanced skills in market and customer data and behavior analysis to assess competitive dynamics and regulatory signals, guiding strategic positioning and investment decisions.
Experience in utilizing advanced risk and control management techniques to design and monitor controls across customer-facing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
