As a Financial Product Manager in JPMorgan Chase, you will spearhead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of our [type of financial product], ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving innovative solutions.

  • Analyze customer behavior and sentiment to increase engagement and optimize their experience

  • May lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhancements, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in financial product strategy, including defining customer-backed product direction and validating through controlled tests.

  • Exhibit proficiency in analytical thinking, with the ability to critically evaluate data and translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance revenue and margin.
  • Apply advanced skills in market and customer data and behavior analysis to assess competitive dynamics and regulatory signals, guiding strategic positioning and investment decisions.

  • Experience in utilizing advanced risk and control management techniques to design and monitor controls across customer-facing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in leading cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and lifecycle management in a financial services environment.
