As a Financial Product Director in JPMorgan Chase, you will spearhead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of our Growth & Onboarding, ensuring they align with regulatory standards and deliver exceptional value.

You will leverage your advanced analytical thinking to frame complex commercial challenges, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance revenue and manage risk. Your role involves fostering trust-based relationships with stakeholders, driving adoption and expansion while maintaining rigorous control adherence. By leading cross-functional teams, you will influence decision-making and champion innovative solutions that propel our business forward. Your expertise in market analysis and customer segmentation will guide product positioning and investment strategies, ensuring we remain competitive in a dynamic financial landscape.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic product plans that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, ensuring optimal market positioning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and lifecycle management, enhancing customer value and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify market trends and customer data translating insights into actionable strategies for product development.
  • Establish and maintain robust risk and control frameworks across product processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk appetite.
  • Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships that enhance product offerings and expand market reach, leveraging advanced stakeholder management skills.
  • Accountable for P&L elements or direct financial results, forecast accuracy, and value realization from initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in strategic leadership and communication, setting direction for financial product portfolios and aligning teams to achieve revenue and retention goals.
  • Exhibit proficiency in end-to-end ownership of product outcomes, managing the customer lifecycle from discovery to expansion while ensuring compliance and value realization.
  • Ability to apply expert-level analytical thinking to address complex commercial problems, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve financial metrics.
  • Leverage advanced skills in market analysis to evaluate competitive dynamics and regulatory signals, guiding product positioning and investment strategies.
  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial product management, including leading cross-functional teams and driving innovative solutions in a dynamic financial environment.
