You will bring:

• Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, business finance or a comparable area
• A relevant degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related discipline
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations
• Experience preparing accurate reports and presenting financial performance to senior stakeholders
• Confidence working with financial systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
• A collaborative and improvement-focused approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

What you'll do

In this role, you will:

• Lead or coordinate financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare timely and accurate management reporting, highlighting performance, risks, opportunities and emerging trends
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions and support evidence-based decisions
• Analyse actual results against budgets, forecasts and prior periods, explaining key variances and recommending appropriate actions
• Improve planning and reporting processes, including data quality, controls, tools and ways of working
• Contribute to finance projects and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring that relevant governance and reporting requirements are met
