What this role is all about

As a Finance Specialist within our global FP&A team, you will play a key role in connecting financial performance with operational reality across EMEA, Americas, and Asia. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to monitor costs, profitability, payroll, and budgeting activities while ensuring financial accuracy and accountability. This is a highly analytical and business-facing role where you will combine data discipline, financial insight, and proactive communication to support smarter decision-making across the organization. You will also collaborate with multiple teams and systems, gaining deep visibility into how financial and operational data flows through a global business.

What you’ll do

• Design and maintain reports in Excel, Power BI, and AI-supported tools to track Other OPEX versus budget across global regions

• Monitor Gross Profit performance, key customers, suppliers, and regional profitability trends

• Track payroll costs and validate alignment with organizational structures and regional budgets

• Challenge local and regional teams on operational spending and business justification behind expenses

• Review and validate regional KPIs based on monthly P&L performance and financial data

• Participate in cross-functional regional meetings focused on budgets, KPIs, and operational expenses

• Audit posting accuracy across cost centers, departments, and General Ledger accounts, and coordinate timely correction requests with the Finance Shared Service Center

• Collect contracts and financial inputs from regional stakeholders and support data cleansing during budgeting and rebudgeting cycles

What makes you a strong fit

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, or FP&A roles within a multinational or fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical skills with experience identifying discrepancies across GL accounts, cost centers, and reporting structures

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI

• Comfortable using, or motivated to learn, AI tools such as Claude and other internal reporting systems

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Confident communicator who can challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for data accuracy and timely issue resolution

• Comfortable working across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones simultaneously
