
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis activities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, reporting experience, and an interest in financial analysis and business operations.
The successful candidate will support recurring FP&A processes, maintain reporting files and trackers, assist in capacity forecasting, and provide accurate financial and operational data for management reporting.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Exposure in a Dynamic Environment
Gain hands-on experience in FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis within a fast-paced, data-driven business setting.
End-to-End Financial & Operational Reporting Involvement
Be involved in recurring monthly reporting cycles including actuals, forecasts, student volume tracking, and capacity reporting to support business decision-making.
Strong Excel, Reporting & Data Analysis Skills Development
Build advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards) and gain experience in financial models, reporting templates, and data reconciliation.
Capacity Planning & Business Performance Exposure
Develop practical experience in capacity vs demand analysis, workforce/resource planning support, and KPI tracking to understand business performance drivers.
Career Growth in Finance & FP&A Function
Build a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis with opportunities to grow into FP&A Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Business Finance roles within a corporate environment.
