Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis activities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, reporting experience, and an interest in financial analysis and business operations.

The successful candidate will support recurring FP&A processes, maintain reporting files and trackers, assist in capacity forecasting, and provide accurate financial and operational data for management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update monthly FP&A reports, forecasting files, and budget templates
  • Maintain and refresh actuals, forecast, and budget data in Excel-based models
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks
  • Track student enrolment, attrition, and operational volume metrics
  • Maintain historical trend reports and monthly data snapshots
  • Support capacity forecasting and demand planning activities
  • Update forecasting models using predefined assumptions and business inputs
  • Prepare summary reports comparing capacity versus demand
  • Maintain Excel trackers, financial models, and reporting control files
  • Create and update pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and management reports
  • Refresh recurring PowerPoint presentations and reporting slides
  • Ensure consistency in reporting templates, formatting, and version control
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests, reconciliations, and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Reporting, Finance Operations, Accounting Support, or related roles
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    • Data Analysis
    • Financial Reporting
    • Spreadsheet Management
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, or financial analysis is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Shared Services or BPO environment
  • Reporting Analyst or Finance Operations roles
  • KPI reporting and operational reporting
  • Capacity planning or workforce planning exposure

Work Arrangement

  • Work Setup: Onsite during the first 6 months; upon successful completion of the performance review, you will transition to a hybrid setup (1 day onsite per week).
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The office is conveniently located near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas, and is accessible from Eastwood, Ortigas CBD, C5 Road, and nearby Rizal areas.
  • Work Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday (weekends off).
