Job Description

Job Summary

Bridge Capital is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive integrated planning, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis and decision support across the investment platform. Working in small, high-accountability teams, the Manager will translate Bridge Capital’s strategy, operating priorities and portfolio-company plans into rigorous financial forecasts, actionable performance insight and clear recommendations for senior leadership. The role combines institutional FP&A, strong analytical judgment and private-markets awareness, with meaningful exposure to investment teams, portfolio leadership and executive decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities 1

  • Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts and multi-year plans across Bridge Capital and its corporate and management-company entities, and aggregate relevant fund and portfolio-company plans for group-level reporting, establishing common assumptions, calendars and accountability.
  • Translate corporate strategy, operating priorities and approved investment and value-creation plans into integrated financial targets, resource requirements, liquidity forecasts and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Build, review and maintain integrated financial models covering income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, liquidity, leverage and covenant headroom, operating expenditure, capital expenditure and key business drivers.
  • Partner with Investment, Fund Control, Treasury and portfolio-company finance teams to incorporate approved transactions, financing plans and investment assumptions into forecasts, liquidity scenarios and management reporting.
  • Work directly with portfolio-company finance and management teams to aggregate and challenge budgets and forecasts, strengthen KPI discipline and report performance against approved value-creation plans.
  • Develop scenario and sensitivity analysis to support senior leadership’s evaluation of resource allocation, portfolio support, growth initiatives, debt reduction, distributions, refinancing, and capital expenditure.
  • Maintain forward-looking visibility on cash flow, liquidity, leverage, covenant compliance and funding requirements across assigned entities and escalate emerging pressure points early.
  • Develop consistent reporting definitions, KPI frameworks, analytical standards and model governance across Bridge Capital, investment vehicles and portfolio companies, ensuring traceable assumptions and reliable source data.
  • Use scenario modelling, benchmarking, business intelligence and responsible AI-enabled tools to improve analytical depth, speed and management visibility without compromising review discipline.
  • Manage multiple high-priority workstreams with accuracy, sound judgment and responsiveness in a lean, international environment and contribute to the development of junior finance talent.
