About this Role


We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support business planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. This role involves managing financial planning, cost control, and reporting to ensure accurate forecasts and insightful analysis that drive value creation. You will collaborate with global service lines and finance teams to interpret costs, prepare recharges, and deliver robust financial plans aligned with organisational objectives.

What you will do


Lead financial planning activities, including tracking approved cases and maintaining accurate FinX data.
Develop forecasts for traditional and commercial models to meet business objectives.
Perform deep analysis of cost elements, budgets, and actuals, providing decision support to business heads.
Control OpEx spends and conduct productivity and variance analysis to optimise KPIs.
Deliver timely financial and operational reports, interpret results, and identify trends for corrective actions.
Support monthly performance reviews and ensure delivery of insightful management information.
Prepare recharges for customers and respond to queries from stakeholders.
Coordinate with VOIS Finance for mapping business cases to cost centres and meet stringent timelines for budgets and reviews.

Who you are

  • Graduate with 8+ years of experience in large, multinational organisations.
  • Strong operational finance controlling and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in financial understanding and analysis.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, with a balance of individual contribution and teamwork.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI reporting tools is a plus.Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word).
